Accepted Payments
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as checks and money orders. Checks will be held until they clear our bank at which time the product will be shipped.
Deliveries and Pickups
We will deliver and pickup equipment, for a fee, within 100 miles of our warehouse. Delivery in the Dayton, OH area is free! If you would like delivery or pickup of your equipment, please contact us for a quote and scheduling.
Shipping
We ship only to addresses within the continental United States.
Shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. There are no additional crating or packaging charges associated with any shipment. We will choose the best method for shipping large items.
Equipment that is in stock generally ships within 3 business days of cleared payment. Smaller wares typically ship within 2 business days. Special order and other items not in stock are shipped within 2-3 weeks.
Upon delivery, please closely inspect your equipment for damage before the delivery person(s) leave your location. Mark any damage or suspected damage on the bill with the shipping company. All claims of physical damage must be filed by the recipient .
Returns Policy
NEW items, unopened and unused, may be returned for credit or refund at the discretion of Warehouse Restaurant Equipment within 30 days of delivery. Returns of new merchandise and Special Order items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. There are no returns after 30 days of delivery. All returns must include a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Please call us at (937) 258-0070 to obtain an RMA number. We will pay return freight if the return is a result of our error. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receipt by WRE.
USED equipment is tested before it is shipped. Used equipment may not be returned.
AS-IS equipment may not be returned.
Please securely package and return the product with the RMA number on the outside of the package. You are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is a result of our error.
Warranty
Items may be purchased AS-IS with no warranty, USED with a 30 day warranty or NEW with a manufacturer’s warranty. AS-IS purchases have no warranty or guarantee. USED products, installed properly, have a 30 day parts and labor guarantee provided by Warehouse Restaurant Equipment. NEW products, installed properly, are warranted by the manufacturer for the term specified by the manufacturer. Each product warranty period differs.
